& Return Policy
The Nababpur Bazar authority give priorities on Customer Trust & Satisfaction. We respect our
honourable customers. We
know that, sometimes you purchase any product from us that doesn’t seems to you
that you had hoped. That’s why we did our best to make a return policy that
will helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the
quality of the products you have bought, simply bring it back with your Receipt,
Packet & all Documets.
We will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase for exchanging
within 7-10 days. You can also request for refund to your same
payment source.
Items that you want to return must be unworn and unused with all
original tags attached.
Refund Methods: If Nababpur
Bazar authority fails to deliver a product within the promised time, the refund
will be issued by the payment method like- bKash,
Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit cards, e-wallet, Bank Transfer, etc.
Refund Time: If a prepaid order is canceled before delivery, Nababpur Bazar authority
processes the refund within 7–10 working days from the refund approval date (Excluding the
processing time of the payment provider).
If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us. Sometimes
refund may take longer due to product type or order conditions.
Refund Notification: When the refund
is processed, customers will be notified via SMS, phone, email, or any other
available method.
If you do not receive the refund within 3
days of receiving the refund notification, please contact us with provided
phone number. Otherwise, it will be considered that you have received your
refund.
Refund Complaints: If the refund is
not received within 7–10 business days, or if you have

Refundable Scenarios:
v If a prepaid
order is canceled due to lack of our timing, full refund will be given after judgement.
v Full refund will
be effective for undelivered or
returned prepaid orders.
v If you pay more than the product price, excess
amount will be refunded.
v When technical
error causes overpayment during online checkout, the excessive amount will be
refunded upon valid proof.
v In case of order
processing period, if any product becomes unavailable from stock/supplier, paid
price will be refunded after informing the customer.
v In case of defective product if it returns within the
valid return period with proper proof, it will be replaced or refunded but you
have to make complain infront of riders.
v Only the price
of the returned product will be refunded but you have to pay the delivery
charge.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
v Gift voucher
payments are non-refundable.
v If the order is
canceled or fails to deliver, the amount will be stored as credit for future use
v Campaign or Festival
offer product price is non-refundable.
v According to the
Return & Exchange Policy, shipping or delivery charges are not
refundable.
v If you
selected Cash on Delivery (COD) and did not make any payment, you
are not eligible for a refund.
v Refunds will
only be processed after the returned item is inspected. No refund will be
issued for physically damaged items caused by customer mishandling.
How do I receive and use my online credit note?
We will send you an online credit note with the security code on your preferred
method of contact (i.e. email or mobile). We will provide bearer or you a
return acknowledgement note. You can use your
online credit as one of the modes of payment to make an online purchase within
one year from the date of issue. The payment system will verify your online
credit note using its security code to ensure that no one except you can make
this purchase.
